Refund Policy
All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Software Licenses
Due to the digital nature of the software, refunds are granted only under the following conditions:
— Refund request submitted within 14 days of purchase
— The license has not been extensively used or activated fraudulently
Refund requests must be submitted via Paddle’s customer support portal or via info@mecanum.com.
Paddle processes approved refunds.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but refunds for partial subscription periods are not guaranteed unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
